Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay, we will contact you by email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. If you are interested in international shipping, please contact us before placing your order.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.
Damages, Lost, or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage so we can assist you.
If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or the carrier first. Contact us if the issue is not resolved.
Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Returned or undeliverable packages may be subject to additional shipping fees.
