Warranty Policy

At Rugged Protection, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to providing excellent customer service.

Warranty Coverage

Protective Cases & Sleeves

Rugged Protection branded cases and sleeves are covered by a limited warranty for the reasonable service life of the product, up to four (4) years from the original purchase date.

Headsets

Rugged Protection branded headsets are covered by a one (1) year limited warranty from the original purchase date.

Keyboards

Rugged Protection branded keyboards are covered by a six (6) month limited warranty from the original purchase date.

What Is Covered

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect during the applicable warranty period, Rugged Protection may, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product
  • Replace the product with the same or comparable product
  • Issue a store credit if a replacement is not available

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accidents, abuse, misuse, or neglect
  • Improper installation or unauthorized modifications
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect product functionality
  • Normal wear and tear from everyday use
  • Damage caused by improper storage or handling
  • Damage to devices, equipment, or data used with our products

Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim, please contact us with:

  • Your name and organization
  • Proof of purchase (purchase order, invoice, or order number)
  • Product model information
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the product when applicable

We strive to respond to all warranty requests within two business days.

Shipping

Customers may be responsible for shipping products to Rugged Protection for warranty evaluation. Replacement products will be shipped at Rugged Protection's discretion.

Limitation of Liability

Rugged Protection's liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or credit of the product purchase price. Rugged Protection is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, equipment downtime, or damage to devices used with our products.
