Return policy:

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to return it. Restocking fees may apply.  The  item must be unused and unopened and in resalable condition.   Special  order items such as colors and logos printed on items are not  returnable.

Refunds: Once the item is received we will inspect it and issue a refund to the original payment method

Shipping:   You will be responsible for return shipping. Shipping cost are nonrefundable.

Lifetime Guarantee Effective 04/01/2019


Rugged Protection, Inc. (“Rugged Protection”) warrants all products (except iPad wired keyboards) against defects in material or workmanship for a period of four years from the original date of purchase of our product by a consumer (the “Warranty Period”). Over time, products will become worn and obsolete, and materials and parts will wear down or may become unusable due to advances in technology.

A lifetime product warranty therefore means that the product over its reasonable life span will work the way it is supposed to under normal conditions and use. Taking these factors into account, we have determined that the reasonable life span of this product is 4 years from the date of your purchase of the product. Our lifetime warranty on cases does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, abuse, or negligence. Our lifetime warranty does not under any circumstances, cover the replacement or cost of any electronic device, tablet or personal property inside or outside of the product including data.


Rugged Protection wired iPad keyboards are manufactured by Huasemi. The keyboards have a 6 month warranty from time of purchase. 


Rugged Protection does not cover return shipping for items sent for warranty evaluation.


If Rugged Protection determines that our product is defective, we will repair, replace or substitute the product without additional product cost to the purchaser. Rugged Protection reserves the right to repair or replace the defective product with the same or a similar product. Custom colors and logos will be replaced with a similar product available. Repair or replacement product delivery times may vary depending on availability. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs of the repaired or replaced product.

Warranty non electric products Effective on orders placed prior to 04/01/2019

Rugged  Protection, LLC ("Rugged Protection") warrants all non electric  products against defects in material or workmanship for a period of six  months from the original date of purchase of the product by a consumer  (the "Warranty Period"). If a material or workmanship defect arises with  regard to any Rugged Protection product, and a valid claim is received  within the Warranty period,

Rugged Protection will (a) repair the  Rugged Protection product using new or refurbished parts or (b) replace  the Rugged Protection product with a new or refurbished Rugged  Protection product.


Special order items such as colors and logos printed on, will be given a warranty and replacement of a normal stock item.

Warranty Limitations

Except for the  limited warranty expressly set forth above or to the extent restricted  or prohibited by applicable law, Rugged Protection expressly disclaims  any and all other warranties express or implied, including any warranty  of quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, and  you agree that Rugged Protection shall not be held liable for any  unique, incidental, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages for  breach of any warranty of any type on this product. In addition to and  without limiting the generality of the foregoing disclaimers, the  limited warranty does not, under any circumstances, cover the  replacement or cost of any electronic device, tablet or personal  property inside or outside of the product including data.

For  iPad cases with integrated stands, full warranty is limited to case. For  the case stand, we warranty the stand (against defects in material or  workmanship) only as far as it is being used in the intended manner and  with no additional weight or stress placed on the stand. The warranty  will not cover damage caused by improper usage or excessive force placed  on the stand.

In addition, this warranty does not cover damage  or failure of product due to misuse, alterations, reasonable wear and  tear or product repairs performed by a party.


Warranty for electric products

Rugged  Protection, LLC ("Rugged Protection") warrants all electric products  against defects in material or workmanship for a period of ninety days  from the original date of purchase of the product by a consumer (the  "Warranty Period"). If a material or workmanship defect arises with  regard to any Rugged Protection product, and a valid claim is received  within the Warranty period,

Rugged Protection will (a) repair the  Rugged Protection product using new or refurbished parts or (b) replace  the Rugged Protection product with a new or refurbished Rugged  Protection product.
